• Ideally unrestricted 24/7 access • Minimum of 4 EV Charging bays plus substation • Target fleet/logistic operators and the general public • Traffic count — 15,000+ past/within vicinity per day • Ability to install canopies* • Drive-Thru Bays/LGV Bays* • Space for ancillary services (Vending machines, Tyre pressure gauges, car wash facilities)*
with a minimum 25-year term • Developed/undeveloped land
• Standalone sites or part of wider development • Suitable Grid Capacity — Identified at Source’s cost
